Congratulations to Miss Sassy's BBQ Sauces and Rubs for winning first place in their category in the national 3rd Annual "Gettin' Sauced!" BBQ competition in Austin, Texas. Miss Sassy's Southern Style Original won the 'Multiple-Based' category for sauces with more than just vinegar, mustard or ketchup as their base—Miss Sassy's uses all three. Marion F. Craig, company owner, is very excited about this win as it is their first ever entry in a national competition and said, "Just goes to show that even small companies from rural SC can compete with the big national companies."
